Nealy is a good friend of Jo Ann's, and a very talented hair artiste! He does great work, quickly and gently, and did exactly what I had hoped. I was happier than I thought I could be with the look! He even kept it "soft and loose like you" rather than gunking it up with product.
Jo Ann gifted the hair styling appointment to me - a big part of my wedding prep! A big thanks to her!
